Fifteen members of the San Diego Creative Weavers' Guild share their work in this exhibit. Located in the Expressions Gallery, part of the Escondido Municipal Gallery, our exhibit runs concurrently with two other fiber art exhibits at the same venue: the annual West Coast Fiber and Textile Art Exhibit, and The Seaside Scrolls - Perspectives on 2020, an exhibit of tapestries presented by the Seaside Weavers.

Work exhibited in this exhibit range from garments and wearable accessories, to wall art and fiber sculpture. We asked members to share stories about themselves and/or their pieces in the exhibit. 
We hope that you find this exhibit engages your interest in the stories behind the woven cloth, as well as an opportunity to learn more about handweaving, spinning, and other techniques represented here.
