Compostable LA is a food waste pickup service operating on the westside of Los Angeles. Our mission is to close the loop in our food systems by turning former waste into future nutrients. Compostable LA offers people the opportunity to reduce their organics waste despite any personal obstacles they may face, such as limited space, busy schedules, or personal discomfort. We are working to build sustainably-minded communities by cultivating individual awareness, empowerment, and collaboration. Compostable LA primarily serves residents and small offices in West Los Angeles, however is also available for events in greater Los Angeles area.
