In 2021 we were awarded a grant from Fibershed to build a Regional Fiber Sourcebook. We reached out to local producers and compiled our region’s first working Sourcebook. Nine producers are profiled, with stories of their ranch-farms, photos, details about their fiber, and woven and knit samples.

Two copies of the Sourcebook have been created, and are available to travel for guild and artisan events. The binders are also available to loan to producer-brands who would like to partner with us to source and produce locally made product.

We have converted the Sourcebook to a digital format, which is now available online for anyone who joins our chapter.

We envision this Sourcebook as a living, changing document, and will not only add new producers as more come forward, but also change out fiber swatches as breeds evolve. Please reach out if you would like to be included - we welcome your particpation.

We welcome the participation of textile artists, designers, fiber farmers, processing mills, suppliers, and retail businesses.
