A SIMPLER TIME

A Simpler Time is a family owned and operated full service alpaca ranch and fiber mill. We got our start 21 years ago on a family vacation to Pagosa Springs, CO where we came across alpacas for the first time. We fell in love with them and purchased our first four by the end of the week. 

Two years later, we purchased the mini mill fiber processing equipment and began making our own yarn. Now we process fiber for people all over the country. In the last few years we have opened our operations to the public to come tour.

In our fiber mill we produce yarn, roving, batting and sheets of felt.
